Politique de remboursement

We will gladly issue a credit or refund on items returned to us within 7 business days with their original tags and in original condition. All sprays and mists and smudging tools (sage sticks, incense cones and sticks and resins) are final sale and not eligible for return. All Sale Items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee and energetic clearing fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. After 7 days, no merchandise may be refunded.

Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals, select crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page).

Once we receive your return, we will refund your original method of purchase. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus 10% restocking fee) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

General Terms

We may revise and discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order with Company, you agree that you are buying Company’s products for your own use, only, and not for resale.

 

Sales and promotions

All items in the sale category, Unique Crystals and Extra-Large Crystals are final sale and cannot be returned. This is noted in each products individual size chart
